Maple Falls Washington

Along the Mt. Baker Highway, SR 542, between Kendall to the west and Glacier to the east, lies quaint Maple Falls, Washington, one of Whatcom County's coolest little burgs. Close enough to skiing at Mt. Baker, yet far enough from Bellingham to get away from it all...this former logging town now has a couple of small grocery stores, a gas station, a bakery, a post office, restaurants, and a cross-roads of blue collar, retired, and commuter folks simply enjoying living in a great place. Not far from Silver Lake, and less than a half hour to the mountain, with the North Fork Nooksack river rolling close by, Maple Falls is fun to explore or just hang out in!

There's a range of Maple Falls real estate homes and land for sale around these parts...with home prices starting close to a hundred grand for a small cabin to many hundreds of thousands for large vacation getaways. There's plenty of Maple Falls view property for sale too. Silver Lake has some relatively cheaply priced lake waterfront properties available too.

Skiing, hiking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, fishing...you get the point. It's here.

Maple Falls Wa. epitomizes the quintessential Whatcom County Foothills town.
